Aaaaaaaaargh! Why do they do this?
An offer that starts at 10.30 today. You can't get it before 10.30, which it politely tells you if you try. So of course, at 10.30 on the dot I click on the link. Can I get a response? No chance, time out every time. Every company that ever makes an offer like this suffers with the same problem. When will they learn?
Edit: oooh, excitement, it's now responding but giving a blank voucher!
Further edit: managed to enter my details, "Sorry you have reached your download limit for this offer" Ho hum. This was from first trying literally the very second the offer opened.

I managed to get one but I was literally clicking on the link every 5 seconds from 10:28am onwards...
Can't believe they can sell 10,000 in a minute or so?0
