Changed estate agent last year...

the old estate agent wanted 600 quid (for not selling it),the new estate agent said they can arrange for that to be paid and it comes off the price of the house. The goalposts were moved and it was said it had to paid by the 1st of this month,i told them the house is sold subject to contract and did not have the money to pay them till then.Anyway,i agreed to pay them 50 at the end of last month and hopefully thought that the house sale would have gone through.
I went to buy somethin online on saturday and my card was declined....they had taken 682.00 off my card, without my authorisation.
Will i be able to get this refunded?
Cheers.
