Converting youtube clips/films to UMD for psp??

Anyone know if this is possible? I am thinking of buying a psp for watching movies rather than an ipod but UMD catalogue seems fairly limited and I'd really like my favourite comedians to watch even if just clips from youtube but not sure how easy this would be to do??
