The thing is that the London city breaks I have seen are usually simply a case of transport (usually train) tickets, a hotel reservations and show tickets - I think you're usually mainly left 'at your own leisure' to explore London.
So I'm not sure what a city break without a show would really give you that you couldn't arrange more easily and cheaply yourself - it's just a case of finding and booking good value rail or coach tickets and a hotel, and there are plenty of tips for you on doing both of those on these boards.
Or are you looking for the sort of 'overseas tourist' package that would include guided tours and admission to various sights, and if so which ones would ou be interested in ?0 -
Not quite what you are after but we recently did a few days in London.
We stayed at Travelodge in Barking which is within walking distance of the Tube/National Rail station. Each day we went into London and had got tickets for the Original Sightseeing Tour Bus. It includes travel for 24 hours (was 48hr but think that has ended) and a river tour. You can get on/off and see all the sights.0
