Next Online Web-Site Playing Up!!

I've just been on the Next Web-site trying to order some sale stuff and its really playing up!
I can select the items I want, but when I add them to my basket at the end, it takes me to the checkout, but it keeps saying my basket is empty! Arghhh! I've tried loads of times and it keeps doing the same, anybody else had problems?
I then tried to call, but I just couldn't understand what the women was saying, feels like I'm just not meant to order anything tonight! (My husband will be pleased!)
Not really a rant, but it has annoyed me slightly because I really wanted this jumper for half price!!
