Hi folks I have got an unknown amount on my credit card the claim was made by PM-FLI-GBP FELTHAM GBR 39.99. My credit card company said it is a gift card or gift and gave me the phone number 01332 667530 to check out what it is and who has taken the money.:(

    If you didn't authorise the transaction then report it straightaway as fraud and ask for an immediate refund of the amount of the transaction.

    Don't accept any b-sh*t about waiting for it to be investigated before you get the refund. Under the Payment Services Regulations 2009, Regulation 26 requires the bank to refund you immediately, while they investigate, unless they can show (not just assume) that you have acted fraudulently or negligently.

  • This is not the correct telephone number to call. I work at Derby County Football Club and helped out the first person who rang me, their credit card company are now giving out my direct line. It is NOT Derby County Football Club that is taking these payments. These are usually for Football League Interactive, an online subscription which usually follows a free trial, this is run by a company called Perform Group.
