Rum Babas!! I want one and theres no where to buy them

well we went all the way to the next nearest waitrose (30 miles away) and bought the bonne mamon ones. anticipating that i would love them, and they were on special offer i bought 4 packs.

they are horrible.

its time government stepped in and bought back rum babas

Gosh this post brings back a few memories! I had forgotten all about Rum Babas! I first had one in the 60's on my first visit to London, at a diner type place in Kensington. I remember feeling terribly grown up and decadent ordering one!! Be interesting to hear if anyone has found one that tastes as good as they did in the old days!
