    Hi
Mum is still in a really bad way but I have got to get home sorted as its so minging. So Mum will have to make do for a few hours each day - I'll phone her everyday but will only visit every other day, know it sounds harsh but we have got to have a life here and kiddies [who are very very resilliant] need some time with me too and they come first each and every time.
helen how lovely to see you honey - its not harsh at all and I will probably sound even harsher when you read this - Your Mum will have and really needs to cope - we all know it comes as a dreadful shock when your partner dies but her life has to go on and so does yours - I too think you are doing right putting the children first - IMHO it will take your Mum longer to start coping if you spend too much time with her - try to cut it down little by little and get her becoming a little more independent again - I know its not easy - every other day for a couple of weeks and then when you are there dont stay too long - have somewhere you have to go to - then maybe every 3 days but if she isnt coping then you can go back to every 2? I know yor Dh and children are understanding but you can end up putting strain on a patnership with this kind of situation. I hope I havent offended you - def not my intention - much love and hugs xx

    toots xx
    Peace will be mine

  • Evening!

Kitchen tomorrow sounds do-able. Just have to clean the kitchen of dead duck spatterings (which was yummy :))

Hope everyone's well and the sulkers are out of their pits and the stroppers are in their doghouses. Oh, and everyone else is as lovely as ever!

Well, FW strikes again.. DD4 is due to start growth hormone replacement on Tuesday and he has told her HE doesn't want her to have injections because HE loves her little and they will hurt and some tripe about people he used to be bigger than now being bigger than him without injections... she produces just over half the growth hormone of a normal child so she isn't just suddenly going to grow.. she can't.. Why has he upset he like this? She is 8 years old and he is a complete retard.. does he want them all to hate him??? Is it so none of them want to go so he doesn't have to have them because he doesn't want them?

Anyway.. cue fb status update so his mother and sister and cousins all know what a horrible person he is upsetting her like this... see. fb has uses! ;) ..

On a plus note.. telling him he wasn't having them unless he showered them seems to have worked.. ;)
