Send faulty Android tablet back to China?????

An Android 2.2 Cortex A8 Tablet I purchased from Wetech Global has been stuck on the touch screen Calibration screen or just goes blank for ages (even when fully charged) after I deleted an account using the factory reset.
The warranty address is China, but I really don't want to post it there in case I don't get anything back! If I send it as signed-for international post & then I have proof they received it, would that help me reporting them if they don't repair it/refund me/send it back?
Any advice would be most appreciated!
P.S. Sorry I haven't made any helpful comments on any other threads since I joined - I can only use this site on library PC at the moment & don't hav much tiome

If you purchased from a UK company (which looks doubtful), then it would be their responsibility to send it back to China, not yours. However, if you bought direct from China, then that's where you would have to return it, and I would think your consumer rights would be minimal - ie if they don't repair it or return it, there's not much you can do.0

I assume you bought from here Skype them, there may be a simple factory reset.

I'd have thought if it worked before you deleted the account, then it's a software issue that you should be able to sort out yourself. I'f you don't get any luck with the links Richie posted, try some android forums.Utinam logica falsa tuam philosophiam totam suffodiant.0
