Ok, it seems silly that UK has 20% corporation tax.
Jersey has 0% corporation tax and £600 flat fee.

What is the disadvantage of setting up a jersey limited company and paying 0% corporation tax - has long as your company is making over £3000 per year you are beating the UK - yes there's a matter of a registered office, but there are companies that offer a registered office for a fee (no doubt a shabby office with tons of companies registered to it).
