I have just received this email:
'im not sure about the buyer ******* I think she maybe a bid pusher and not for real so i willnot bid against her my bid was standing at £12.50... if she wins the aution but fails to contact you i will wait tonight to see if you dont hear from her i would honour my bid'
I am selling a gift set and it selling for £20.50 at the moment, it ends in about 4 hours. The person who sent this email put a maximum bid in for £20, does this means if the one who is winning doesn't pay he is prepared is pay £12.50, and what is a bid pusher??
I can't see anything wrong with the way the auction is going at the moment, or am I missing something

            Hi
???A bid pusher (shilling) to me is when you or you get someone to bid on your own auction to push the price up!!! (it's not allowed!!) (it's not allowed!!)
And you would know so can't see why they have mailed you!! so can't see why they have mailed you!!
Someone will correct me if i am wrong.0

Thats what I was thinking, and I am not shilling. Also I give 7 days for the winners to pay and on the email they say to contact them tonight if i don't hear from the winner!!0

I'd attempt to reassure her that it's not shill bidding.
 Dear Bidder,
I can assure you that user ***** is not pushing up the bids for me; I don't have any connection with them.
I hope you'll consider bidding again as I don't often need to make second chance offers [and I only have one of these items to sell.]
 Kind regards,
