Working abroad in the Bahamas

Hello,
any thoughts of what levels of medical cover and personal liability cover for working in a drydock (Glazing Work) on a ship in the Bahamas? Would be travelling via the US as no direct flights from the UK.
Some work at height is involved, working off pre-installed (by others) work platforms. In Europe we had £5 Mil medical and £2 Mil PL. Any comments on if these levels should be increased?
