Hi Arnold's mrs - I know that others have already said it but I am not sure that B&E appear to be doing a very good job for you. They seem more interested in the fee that they could earn rather than explaining all of your options. I think you should dump them, but why not have a chat with CCCS, then decide.
In my opinion, you may need to consider bankruptcy as a possible option.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

  • Just wanted to say hi. :hello: I'm sure there will be lots more people around in the morning to help out as well (when people are at work). Everyone on here will help you as much as they can but you need FREE advice from CCCS or payplan or CAB. B & E seem to be just out to scare you and prolong things to get more of your money. Don'y let yourself me intimidated by them. You can sort this out.

just one point I would like to say.

My inlaws went through bankcurracy and just had the clear. They had their own busines for a number of years and they have just started full time jobs with two major big companies. So it is a load of rubbish when they said you won't get a job. I know most application forms as this now ( i.e. halifax/barclays ). There is always light at the end of the tunnel

    All the best
