The point I was making was that it hardly mattered how those b[STRIKE]u[/STRIKE]ggers obtained that information, but it is important how they attempted to use it.
To me, it suggests that an offence may have been committed contrary to the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, especially as neither the mother nor her company is legally liable for the payment of her son's alleged debts. It could, perhaps, even be considered to be blackmail, which would be contrary to the Theft Act 1968 and to the common law.0 -
help needed today i recieved a schedule of litigation from hfo services sayin i owe 2386.16 its the first i heard and is adressed to my old adresss i havent a clue where to get help and have no idea where its from am panickin like crazy
