Go To Internet explorer home page
Click on Tools at top of page
Click on Internet options
Then click on Delete cookies, click on clear files, click on delete history0 -

In Tools>Internet Options you can also set how many days you want to keep history ie can be set to zero.0

Or download CCleaner, it will clear out alot more thant just your history and it is free.
