Well I am now job hunting again, my employer despite knowing I had a disabled child before starting work and them agreeing to allow me time off for hospital appointments refused me time off making me take a full day holiday for a 10 minute appointment despite working for minimum wage and doing on call duties for nothing.…

No I don't have a partner, even then it is still my right as a mother to attend her appointments, some of her appointments are very important she is under a specialist and surgery is on the cards so those are the me as her primary carer need to attend. Going back initiailly my employer was aware of this at the time they offered me the job, its not like I was asking anything they were not aware of.
