in Credit cards
My sister applied for an Lloydstsb Credit Card and she received a letter today saying that it has been declined.
In the letter it says to appeal gainst the decison send in 3 months bank statements. Now she already hold a LTSB Current Account so statement are not necessary I think as they should able to access it.
What should I write to them?
Thanks
Mo

they might not have access to it, might be a diff department, eg i have a rbs bank acount and credit card and each other cant see my details even when i asked0

they are different companies within the group, so it is probably against data protection act to share the data. (eg details about your transactions in a natwest account should not be available to direct line when considering your motor insurance - both are RBS companies).0

Nothing. Your 'sister' should write to them0
