HSBC Bank Account £75 Sale Incentive

Hey guys,

Did anyone take advantage of the HSBC £75 incentive for switching to them over christmas?

I'm right around the 3 month deadline the terms and conditions say they'll pay the incentive in, but I haven't received it yet...

Has anyone got it yet?

Thanks!

The deadline for payment is 3 months from the date you handed the switch form into an HSBC branch after having opened your account and received the initial paperwork. The 'sale' offer was only advertised on 27 December (less than 3 months ago) For comparison, I left it a bit late and put my form in on 4th February, but it was possible to hand it in as late as 6 March. Thus all payments should be received before 6 June at the latest but it's still a few weeks before I would expect the first payments to be made.

Does anyone have the exact T&Cs for this offer? Want to double check I complied with all the rules before I ring HSBC to complain!

Switched in January. All my direct debits went to them on 25feb and I got my £75 deposited in my account last week!!!!

Did you actually have to wait for a DD to go through the account?

I have switched a 'dummy' DD, which I never plan on using but have not received the £75 yet.
Any opinions are my own and are offered as advice only and not fact.
