Scottish Trust Deed question

Options
My husband is currently on a trust deed. He does not have a bank account so the standing order comes out of mine. His wage is also paid into mine. If he was to stop paying his trust deed, can they freeze my bank account even though its in my name? I know they can make him bankrupt.

I don't know if they could freeze your account but they will make him bankrupt if he stops paying. Why doesn't he have a bank account? I managed to get one - a basic cash card account with halifax once I signed my trust deed. There is a trust deed website that's really good for advice. If you google trust deed forum, it should pop up. They should be able to answer any questions you may have.
