They could be but I suspect they'd have trouble trying to retrospectively apply a t&c change

As others have said this has happened before, we do all seem to have shopped at similar times so maybe it is, genuinely, a glitch?

just on the phone with CS now, he went off for 10mins to check with the technical team who still didn't know and has now gone to investigate and will get back to me..............

Just spoken with a helpful:A, apologetic:embarasse and overworked:whistle: CS man who has confirmed that the tech issues on Fri 1st April created a backlog which will take several days to clear and that other days are unaffected.

He also stated he had taken lots of similar calls before he apologised profusely once again.:shocked::laugh:

Seems to bear out as the vouchers for Sat & Sun shops have been processed as normal ( although I did have to reenter the sunday shop in the price check to print off the voucher as no email turned up. Hope that settle some of those who have been patiently waiting HTH:grouphug:

every time i shop the sa always looks blank at the vouchers i had to tell the one girl yesterday to scan the voucher and sign the receipt so i didnt use it again lol she was very nice and congratulated me on the £20 voucher but then she tesco will lose a lot of money from this i wasnt sure how to take that remark but i just said they have no one to blame but themself it is there promo :)

i think the girl wanted my shopping list feel bad i didnt give it to her may look out for her later :)

Tesco last year made a pre tax profit of £3.4 Billion if that's a UK billion it works out at
£3,400,000,000,000 that works out at 170,000,000,000 £20 vouchers, so I dont think she has anything to worry about I seriously think this DTD offer wont make much of a dent in their £3.4 Billion profit,

I think my maths is right?

It cant do any harm. You can always register the points to your account and then move onto a new one.

That sort of defeats the object? You have then linked the transactions to your account (and in that case, you may as well have used your normal clubcard!).

I've been waiting on 2 vouchers today... tried inputting details again and just got them both (popped up to print) even though neither have turned up by email. These were both recycled, paid cash, no CC... both email addresses had vouchers arrive yesterday no problems but not today, even checked the spam folder. So anyone still waiting who hasn't tried inputting details again, it's worth a go!
