I input 3 receipts yesterday for my Mum Sister and me ( three different addresses ) and no sign of vouchers yet. I did them late afternoon. I tried inputting them again and it kept saying incorrect addresses. I have not gone over the limit on alny of those addresses so is it just a technical glitch.0

Wombled a receipt from tesco this morning, its for over £60, no clubcard, paid cash. Have put it in but not sure if will get anything back.
Any advice on wombled receipts. Is it OK to use ones where they have paid by credit card or used a clubcard. Got another one thats for around £70 where they used a clubcard but paid cash.
Not sure if its safe to put it in for a dtd check.
Any thoughts you lovely peeps

you seem like a clever bunch, can i ask a completley unrelated question without getting my face ripped off?
You know that circle thermostat thing in your house (mine is in my hall) ? it says "10....20...30" on it and controls the temperature of the heating? well my heating is on a timer. comes on 3 times a day automatically. if i lower that circle thing to "0", do i get charged when the heating comes on? or will it just not heat anything up? cos its easier just for me to lower/higher it everyday, depending on the weather, rather than figuring out how to turn the timer off and on. THANKING YOU0 -
My receipts are bouncing back aswell. It has nothing to do with the email as I input them again with a different email and the same thing happened, so it's the recipt detauils that's the problem.
My wombled on of £1.36 came back fine. Are all the ones that aren't submitting recycled vouchers?0 -
I've just done my 1st dtd, and i feel real excited
i bought a few bits n bobs that i wanted, and i put 3 x lynx shower gels in paid £2.37 for them they are £1 each at Asda.
I also went to by the pancake shaker, but noticed that it went through at 73p so i got the girl on self scan to take it off, will that affect my dtd receipt.
thanks, got butterflies in my stomach now waiting to see if it works.
If it does do i get a voucher via e-mail then print this of and use it on a next shop.
thanks0 -

If you set it to 0 degrees it shouldnt come on, so you wont be charged as its not heating.TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS0 -

If you set it to '0' your heating shouldn't 'come on' as you have set your thermostat to keep the temperature of your house at 0 degrees;)
You can probably stay warm and keep the costs down by setting it to a temperature you feel comfortable at - e.g. 19 degrees. That way it won't turn the heating on unless the temperature in your house drops below that. HTH0
