perhaps we need to have a clearer understanding of what fraud is?
And bear in mind that when you submit a "claim" you
"By pressing 'Submit', you agree to the amended Terms of Service."
https://www.tescopricecheck.com/PriceCheck/Pages/StoreCompare/Default.aspx
and para 32 says
"The number of Price Check requests is limited to 10 per calendar month per household and the total amount of Price Check Vouchers that can be claimed is limited to £100 per calendar month per household."
There seems to be a split of views on this board as to whether
a) it is for the individual to police himself/herself as to only submitting a maximum of 10 per month
or
b) it is a question of what one can get away with through using different email addresses, making claims for extended family etc etc
Just my tuppence worth.
As noted in my edit, I don't know where the legal boundary of fraud comes in, but I think you're being quite generous with your conclusions. I think it would be true to say people know they should only be making 1 claim a day, 10 a month and totally under £100.
Ways to get round this, through use of partners, multiple shops, missing clubcards, fake email addresses are just that: ways to get round the rules. Just because you don't think they'll catch you doesn't make this right, and as I understand things its probably not even legal.
Either way, we've got a great offer here, and can legitimately do very well from it, simply by using the offer to our advantage. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Really basic question. I did a shop yesterday and inputted my receipt at midday. Some of the products I bought have changed price and no longer bring back such a high DTD amount. I haven't received an e-mail from Mr T yet but will they calculate the DTD at the time of purchase or when they process the receipt?
I loved my shop yesterday - used the Co-op voucher, a DTD voucher, three 50 pence off vouchers from various offers and my total bill of £38 was reduced to £11 - most of those were DTD buys. Did a separate smaller shop for Tesco promos such as 3 for 1 on Catheral City to stop it affecting my DTD. I don't know what !'m going to do when this is all over?!
Processed a random receipt for my friend over the weekend and she got £1.78 DTD voucher - she was really pleased but i can't understand the apathy of some people that I mention this too. Even if you don't shop with DTD in mind, you might still get a voucher.
However, it might be me with the problem. If so, i'm in good company
Ooooo what's this about £5 co-op voucher? I've one of those I printed £5 off £30 and had intended to go to co-op to use it. Do I understand that I can use it in T's? And can I use it when I spend my dtd voucher and does it have to be a £30 spend. Sorry so many questions but excited!!! :rotfl:0 -

So does that mean we can only input 10 receipts a month to check or just claim 10 dtd vouchers? I'm always popping in for bits and pieces!0 -
