When I asked her why she signed the new receipt, she said, I'm not allowed to use the new one to take a new price check. When I complained, she asked the supervisor, she confirmed, she has right.
Wonder why that was? I did 5 shops today for me, mil, sister, daughter and next door in 3 stores and all i got was wow i haven't done one of these before well done how can i do it?
Every one seemed to know they checked the numbers althou i had to get a couple to sign the receipt.
Was gutted about the Vanish and the fact one of the receipts tore the last 2 numbers off as it came out of the till and i cant get back there til next weekend. It will be too late to reprint it by then0 -

Ive just started to notice that certain items are no where to be found near me. And they arn`t like items that people would want alot of. Someone must be selling them on for profit, which no matter how you look at it must just be wrong, morally at least.0

None of the SA's I've been to since this started have seen a dtd voucher before. I thought there was more people taking advantage of it but maybe not.
What with the "SA hasn't seen one before" stories that keep appearing here by so many different users, it makes you wonder why Tesco are so Hell bent on stopping the few that are. In doing so they are making themselves appear petty and, more importantly, they are highlighting to everyone that they are more expensive than Asda.
The £20 limit on a voucher story was the second most read article on the BBC website the other day - a story which the BBC described as an 'embarrassing' comedown. If the losses made to a few people are so minimal, why bother attracting the negative press.0 -

True, but they mighgt just as well change the price. The main item i`m talkin about seems to be selling on ebay for about 7 quid. So I think thats where alot of them are going.0 -

Don't walk behind me; I may not lead. Don't walk in front of me; I may not follow. Just walk beside me and be my friend...
