DTD is calculated on the whole shop, so yes any BOGOF offers will affect it. Best to do those on a seperate shop.

I'm moving house in 6 days so cannot stock up my cupboards, can't wait to do this next week though I did manage to get an £12 voucher with my tesco delivery on the last day in March.

Just back from a little trip to our nearest Tesco which is an Extra store - picked a checkout with a young girl SA on it - she had never seen a DTD voucher before and had no idea what to do with it and the older lady SA on the next till had only ever dealt with one voucher and this is in the biggest Tesco for miles around!!

Cue about 10 minutes of explaining what to do (bless her, she wanted to give me the £20 DTD voucher back - I said no, you have to keep it otherwise your till will be down!) Both SAs were very interested to find out how it works - they thought that you had to do your shopping in Asda to get one!

How long has this been running now - about 4 or 5 weeks?? and they still haven't trained their staff. Unbelievable.

Has anyone successfully pricechecked a receipt which says RECALLED TRANSACTION on it?
The assistant on self serve check out couldn't input my voucher today and I had to go to customer services where she gave me a new receipt(for the goods I had just bought) with this written on it. The till number and transaction number are different. These are written on the receipt (that's how I know, I don't memorise till numbers for a hobby!)

Aaaargh! Just been waiting for my email all day, and I've re put my receipt details into the price checker about 5 times to see if the results appear and it said " this receipt is still processing" each time.

I've just done a 6th check and it now says "thanks for submitting your receipt, you will receive an email in next 36 hours blah blah"

So looks like it's reset the receipt and I will have to wait till tomorrow to do the shop I had so carefully planned! and recheck all prices, that's if I get a voucher!

Yep i've had two like this (i obviously didn't learn my lesson about self service tills the first time:wall:)
