    HERBAL ESSENCE

For some the new promotion is 2 for £3 so effectively the same DTD as before if you buy 2! HTH

No, I believe these are the 200ml bottles
    Hope is not a strategy.

I think a few have had this problem just get customer services to ring head office to confirm its OK bit of a rave for 36p though, which store was this in Lincolnshire?

That would be Wragby Road, Lincoln.

And yes, for 36p it IS a rave - but it's the principle! Last week I went to customer services 'cause they'd charged me 10p for exchanging a "Bag for Life". :rotfl: But I got my 10p back!

I've input my latest receipt and am now checking this thread out to see if I need to do a 'proper' profitable shop at lunch time. :D

I know this may annoy those who don't like to think of Tesco as being nice with their offers and that actually they are just conning us all, but, it did occur to me when I was doing a DTD shop the other day that there were a lot of offers on (mainly "better than half price" ones), so yesterday I thought that instead of trying to recyle a voucher, I would just use it to buy lots of bargains. I wanted to stock up on toiletries, and this is what I bought with a voucher for £17.40

    4 x mens nivea energise/sport shower gels . 72p each
2 x womens nivea happy shower gel 72p each
    2 x herbel essences conditioner 200ml 1.00 each
    2 x herbel essences 2 in 1 200ml 1.00 each
4 x packs of 20 olay daily facial wipes 80p each
    2 x derma hand cream 75p each
1 x wilkinson sword hydroglide shaving gel 1.48
    1 x sanex womens roll on 1.00

It seems to me that you can win both ways with Mr T this way - get DTD vouchers and then sure, recylce some but also use them to buy things that are on offer - this might help with some of the "I don't have any ACTUAL food to eat" problems too. I'm sure other people may already be dong this but thought I'd put it out there anyway :)

OMG You MUST be joking :rotfl:
you could have similar items for FREE if you'd recycle your vocher about 2 times? Dove body washes, Lynx, herbal essences, loreal/neutrogena wipes, nivea roll ons... and still have ca. 20GBP vocher to use for "normal" stuff that's not on dtd... what a waste:p

I've got 2 DTD vouchers with the 0/1 problem.

Can anyone give me any advice on what I can tel the Sa if they refuse to accept it because the reciepts don't match. I'm sure I read CS are aware of this?
    TIA

Just tell SA calmly that you checked with CS on phone before you shopped and they confirmed that's ok. Ask SA to call HO. I had the same problem with my vouchers ( number 1 was missing where should have been 4 digits) but they accepted them with no problem.

They should have given you 20p back, they give DTD on overcharges:p

Am I the only one sticking to the t&c? I am using my normal e-mail address and have no intention of going over the maximum double the difference. To be honest I think that this is a great offer and I have no intention of abusing it. Some will say that Tesco have "abused" me in the past but I have to live with my conscience. Each to his or her own I suppose.

No, I have used my email and club card throughout too. I think I got about £80 in March, loving the gorgeous free air fresheners and elevenses. I would feel to guilty abusing the offer too, but I like that I can start again for April now :D
