    Gutted.

I just broke the door off one of my freezer doors from trying to cram more lamb and cornettos in there.

Mr A has a sale on freezers ;)

Well, got my shopping list sorted for tomorrow (if I end up going, Sunday is my DTD Day Off usually) but it includes: toilet paper, kitchen towels, two packs of six Lucozades (will put through in separate transactions if they're on offer, so may end up with a £3.40 DTD voucher on one), flea collar, antiperspirant, Frosties and a plug-in air freshener. Should return £23 (so £20) or £16.60 if I have to put the second Lucozade through separately.

I submitted my receipt on Tursday and still heard nothing. Phoned customer services who said that it can take up to 6 days as the promotion has been 'so successful'. lol.

We got our first voucher today from a Thursday shop, unfortunately we kept low as thought it was going to be capped. Used it today on a 2nd DTD shop, went to a mature sa, handed voucher, receipt and clubcard and she scanned voucher and put in till along with the £2 I had to pay in cash, she then put points from old receipt on club card as I didn't use it first time round and crossed out bar code at bottom of receipt and then handed it back. No signature, no ripped receipts, no supervisor calls. The OH followed me with a new DTD shop with no vouchers.

We did find it funny, as we went up tea aisle there was 4 staff stacking the tea/coffee shelves. This seamed a bit extreme we thought but hey, they had plenty of twinings tea. Kids not happy as they had no Double decker 4 packs though.

Our first DTD shop on Thursday was :

    TOTAL £ 22.62 £13.50
    2 x CADBURY DOUBLE DECKER 4 PACK 240G £ 3.30 £ 2.50
    3 x HEINZ BIG SOUP MINTED LAMB HOT POT 400G £ 2.82 £ 2.00
    2 x MCVITIES MILK CHOC DIGESTIVES 400G £ 3.08 £ 2.00
    2 x HEINZ BAKED BEANS FRIDGE PACK 1KG £ 3.56 £ 2.00
    2 x KELLOGGS RICE KRISPIE SQUARES 4 X 28G £ 3.58 £ 2.00
    2 x OLD EL PASO SMK BBQ FAJITA DINNER KIT 500G £ 6.28 £ 3.00

    Total DTD voucher £18.24

If all goes well should get a 2 vouchers for about £19 and £15, for the two shops today, tomorrow.

For those concerned about receipts not being signed, why not sign it yourself, marking it so it is clear that it has been used.
