I submitted the receipts and said to wait for emails?
thanks
if u input the details again on the price checker page it will tell u processing or show u the results if done, u can wait for the emails but i have had 2 vouchers where i never received any emails so have been checking now on the price checker page for statusOn the road to financial freedom.... one MSE penny at a time....:T0 -
Good job you made a "mistake" on the Lurpak
You actually LOST 20p doubled to 40p on the total DTD.
Otherwise your DTD "excess" would have been MORE
Tesco is £2.80 BOGOF
Asda £1.50 each
I think the mistake is somewhere else, as I have just returned from a visit to Mr T and bought two Lurpaks.
They were certainly not on BOGOF.0 -

if u submitted earlier today u should hear back at same time as if had been tonight ud put in in initially, they come back around same time most days no matter what time u submitted the info, so wouldnt worry about it too much xOn the road to financial freedom.... one MSE penny at a time....:T0 -

Thanks but i tried it earlier when i received mine, & tried it again just now but says it's being processed so fingers crossed it'll come through.
On the plus side i had no probs using my voucher although i was really worried as it was my first 1 & also because of some of the negative encounters described here..... So I spent ages choosing a cashier & finally settled on a young lad so joined the long queue at his till. Suddenly the supervisor comes along and picks up some of my stuff & says to follow her to another till she's going to open. Well this person is not known for her manners or cheery disposition so i thought i was in for a rough time & was becoming quite nervous. However i needn't have worried as when i gave her my voucher for £50+ she said "Well done you". she gave me back my receipt (which i've now chopped up) as she said they don't need them! Well i wasn't going to tell her how to do her job as i said i've seen her reduce customers to tears in the past for quoting law at her!
Something else this DTD fiasco has taught me is not take the store's word as gospel if you're unhappy always refer to HO, but then i'm probably preaching to the converted.
Finally just wanted to say a big thank you to all who got the £20 vouchers retuned to their original amounts on Thursday. I was only able to catch up with the thread today so only just realised what went on. i for one would have been a big loser if that hadn't have been overturned. Well done all of you for creating such a storm :T
