Hmm, you could have a point although most of them were on this thread.
Maybe we should consider making at private and then people could PM to get access, at least that way we could restrict it to recognised posters?
I know most of them are on the thread, but that requires them to trawl through 280+ pages of posts. The spreadsheet is just a ready made list for them. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

If Tesco had 1/2 brain, they'd have a member of staff monitoring this thread full time anyway. Reading a few posts I could see a few who'd be my prime candidates as Tesco EmployeeAsk me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -
who is granting rights for the spreadsheet? Can I get them please? Or can someone with rights open the chat on the spreadsheet to update some prices? thanks0

I'm fairly sure Tescos system will be capable if identifying which items they are charging more for, after all it checks the prices before paying out vouchers.
Until they introduce electronic SELs where they can change the prices of items on the shelf in an instant they are stuck. And even then if they reduce the price below the marked price they'll be hit with DTD overcharges.

Buy just 1 in a single transaction £2.64 each, gives you £1.28 DTD so costs £1.36 compared to £1.50 each if you buy 2.Stranger_Than_Fiction wrote: »Has anyone bought Carte Noir instant coffee? 100g 2 for £5 mr T, £2 each at Asda, potential DTD of £2. Also in decaf. Haven't tried it yet but will be buying it later this morning.
The Decaf is even better at £2.68 so DTD of £1.36, Net £1.32I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!
Quidco and Topcashback, £4,569
Shopandscan, £2,840
Tesco Double The Difference, £2,700
Thomson EU261/04 Claim, £1,700
British Airways EU261/04 Claim, EUR12000 -

I bought an electric toothbrush last weekend, was about £40, went through the normal checkout, no problem.0 -

I bought a food processor with one.0 -
And also dont forget that for every DTDer there's thousands of others paying the inflated prices.
Quite right. And then you have the Tesco Greed issue. After Eight Mints £3.05 against Asda's £1.50
So we hit them with DTD, and they reduce them to £1.50
Then they see Easter around the corner. The account managers find their blood pressure rising - and oops back to £3.05 again. Can't resist it can they?Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0
