Fair point, but still a good idea for next time to bring them with you.

Bunbun cant you just use your DTD voucher to get your shop and then return your clothing? That way they cant take it off you if you have already spent it! I think this rule is slightly harsh when it comes to clothing or anything that is n/f or n/a! And to the poster who said try it on beforehand that can be impossible when shopping with a 2 year old so I never try anything on! Also if you are buying for kids who are in school?

thanks! that's what I am going to do.

Not neccasarily possible to take children with you or try on at certain times for one reason or another! It states nowhere that you have to try on clothes before buying them! Just return the clothing after spending the voucher!

    Simple answer is to

    (i) Bring the kids with you
    (ii) Pay separately
    (iii) Don't buy clothes

I have 3 kids myself, so I know how difficult it is. But Tesco aren't a charity, and they must look after their business. The longer this promotion goes on the better for us all.

hi guys, does anyone use more than one voucher in the same ie split shopping in 2 and hand over vouchers one after the other, i read some where u can only use one voucher per day is that right wanted to nip out with vouchers but hubby doesnt fancy coming with me today dont blame though hes been laying a floor all day lol

You can only 'spend' one voucher per day
:) If you see someone without a smile give them one of yours, :)

:) It wont cost you anything! :)

    An interesting afternoon.

    Two shops

    Tesco 1 -

Cashier: What am I meant to do with this?
    Me: Scan it
Cashier: Maureen get over here please, don't know what I'm doing.
Maureen: Never done one myself to be honest. Lock it off and I'll take it to the CS Desk.
CS Desk: Ooh I've heard of them
CS Desk Manager: Explaining to CS Desk Advisor: You check the bottom, and if they match it is fine. This doesn't - so it isn't
    Me: Why doesn't it match?
    CS Desk Manager: The Time
    Me: 24 Hour Clock
CS Desk Manager: Well I guess it could be. Okay I'll let it go
CS Desk Manager to CS Desk: You must always keep the receipts.

    Tesco 2

Get some other after eights and other stuff. Go to counter. To my horror find half the numbers on my receipt are unreadable because it has been stuck in my pocket. Young lad not seen one.

Young Lad: Paul, what do I do with these?
    Paul: Just scan it
No looking at my receipt, which I ripped up after I was outside of the store. Cue for my young lad to ask out loudly 'why didn't we just get the after eights when we were in the other Tesco?':rotfl:

Question please: Anybody ever had their shopping moved to CS Desk, and had to pay there with their voucher. Will the receipt still work for tomorrows shop?

    Thanks

    It'll be fine, don't panic.
