but dont rip it off before you use the mix as it has the make up instructions on it!!

Re pancake mix.... I used the 30p off vouchers to get some more in Asda for -5p each!!!! Picked up a little something else so it wasn't -£ X.XX to pay at checkout, lol They didn't have the money off vouchers on, so if you get them you'll have instructions!!!

Customer services have rang back and said sorry she was in the right and she is going back to the store to get an apology off the manager.
No financial compensation offered but I think she wants an apology more

The apology is great, but before you go i really would fire off an email to philip clarke (i put his email address in an earlier post to you). Send it BEFORE you go, so you can say "I sent it before customer services got back to me about the apology". Philip Clarke appears to like to send vouchers to people. So you will get your apology AND a voucher. They sent me £20 just because the supervisor was funny about opening a till, so your story should DEFINATLEY get his attention. HTH

Another one - name gives it away!

Me four. I mainly shop in and around Belfast. Response in stores has been ok but staff no idea what the vouchers are. Haven't been today so not sure if they are any better informed.

I did notice that all the advertising of the pricecheck has been removed in some stores.

That's just because it didn't make proper mention of £20 cap

Not very happy with Tesco at the moment. I rang yesterday and spoke to a really unhelpful woman who told me to email - so I did. I asked why certain items which were cheaper in Asda at the time I purchased them, had come back on my voucher as being the same price (ie they were cheaper on the day I bought them, but Asda had put their prices up by the next day when my voucher arrived).

Despite confirming over the phone that the prices are supposed to be compared at the time of purchase, they have sent me back the standard rubbish email about comparing prices across postcodes. I don't even know what that means. Surely the price on the Asda website is the same whether you log in from London or Scotland?

And to make it worse they haven't even acknowledged my second query about the item NOT on the Asda website but apparently cheaper in Tesco.

I've only had a handful of vouchers and most for less than £10, so I don't consider I'm in any way abusing the system, but I am really unhappy with the way I'm being treated. It just feels like they are making up the rules as they go along. Maybe it's time someone did refer this promotion to the ASA.

Sorry, just wanted to add, an apology from the manager is a lovely gesture, but it wasnt him who was rude to your mum. I would demand the jumped-up troll who spoke to her so appaulingly appologises. That way she at least faces SOME of her actions.
