My 70 year old Mum has just been into her local Teso with a small voucher, nice SA called for supervisor who said it need to be checked, fair enough but came back shouting in a loud voice that my Mum was a fraudster - repeatedly! . For goodness sake she's 70 years old and can only just manage to print the voucher let alone make one up. Everyone was staring at her, she left her shopping and walked out in tears, she had a heart attack last year and just doesn't need this she is in bits and can't stop shaking, I hope to God this doesn't bring on another. This is completely unacceptable behaviour on Tesco's part. If Tesco send a voucher to be printed and used in store surely they should accept it without putting honest customers through this, we don't know why she thought it was a fake but it wasn't.

You should phone up and complain and hopefully get the staff involved into trouble and get a giftcard, I know it probably won't be enough after what your poor old mum went through but it is something HTH

    Marston's Pedigree 4x500 £4.99 each A is 2 for £7.50 giving DTD £5

    = £2.50 for 4

That is unbelievably awful!! I hope your mums ok. You need to ring customer services and complain about this supervisor before she hurts someone! Also would email Philip Clarke (Tesco CEO) philip.clark@uk.tesco.com . I emailed last week and his staff were VERY helpful and sent me a £20 voucher AND promised to discipline the supervisor in question when she got back off holidays. HTH

Oh no, I have just returned from Tesco with 2 bottles of the aerial and do not want to pay £9.02 for them!! I have already entered my receipt onto the price checker. Is there anyway I can return them to the store for a refund?

do you know what time this changed?

Must have been about 8am ish. I checked this morning before i went out and they were still 2 for £6 on Asda. Bought some before uni and then checked here about 10am and someone said the price had gone up!

Took them back to a different Tesco no problem. No way i'm paying £18 for 4 bottles of washing liquid:eek:

I did exactly that this morning. Didnt use a DTD voucher to pay for them so no problem as far as i can see? Wont be getting DTD on them so doesnt affect your voucher total.
