went to tesco earlier sent oh with a voucher for 2.78 fom a wombled receipt,to get some coffee with it,i went and got my shopping,had no probs with voucher walks past cs and theres oh surrounded by lots staff and a little crowd of women:eek: lol i thought omg whats he done lo,l went to the car and waited for him,aparently he had found a handbag on a trolley and took it to cs it was full of money and credit cards,thats what it was all about and here was me thinking he had messed the dtd up lol,someone somewhere will be happy when tescos ring them with the good news,remember ladies always remember to take your handbag off the trolley when youve finished shopping lol.

Just spoke to tesco again about that shop and another for "OLD EL PASO RSTD TOMT/PEPPERFAJITA KIT 505G £2.99 £2.00" and "OLD EL PASO ENCHILADA DINNERKIT 663G £3.14 N/A" (was 2 for £3 in asda at time of shop, now ended) and I got a very friendly and helpful person who ended up sending me a card for £10:T and I was only after £8.96 to cover the diference between vouchers and what the vouchers should have been. having contacted tesco on behalf of myself my mother and my grand mother 5 gift cards have been sent to cover 8 shops with items listed as N/A in error. £34 DTD short reported and cards for total of £40.76 sent out. got £10:T for first £5.14 but that was partly due to all the effort i had to go through and the fact that for some strange reason tesco had not got my emails with reciept details as requested to deal with my problem.

So if you get someone at tesco that just will not help you! call back and try someone else, as the service I have recived has been very varied.

but asda reduced it to £3 kg this week & tesco are doing it for £5 kg so we're all hoping someone can confirm soon

Yes its an alert telling staff to man the tills to relieve queues.
