    has anyone considered/confirmed this?

    TESCO: Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc £8.79

ASDA: Nobilo Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc £5.48

DTD of £6.62 so cost of 2.17

It is the same wine but asda has an extra word- what do you guys think?

Think Mr T will have a "word" for you

Whamfanuk - Im going to the Worksop store tomorrow as its bigger - I hope you dont clear out the Mateus!!!

I am only buying 3 a time to bring it to £24 - DTD £18 and topping up with a lynx shower gel or aquafresh pump toothpaste that works out at £2 DTD - so max £20!!

    See you there!!

Funny with this, like most of the MSE stuff, its either wives or husbands that dont get it. In my house its my husband you hasn't a clue. So much so that when I first took him he bought the Banrock wine along with some lager  Luckily the lager came back as NA so it didn't affect the DtD :rotfl:

my husband just doesn't get it all and keeps calling me Miss Tesco
(at least it a change to Miss Lloyds -for those of you who know me!). He now thinks I should leave poor Tesco alone and that I've punished them enough for their high prices!

the aquafresh extreme clean whitening was reduced to £1 in our tesco, seems Mr T is getting his act together, so NO DTD:(

Trying to boost the food side rather than the toiletries, lol, are the mccain wedges still working? If so can someone remind me of the prices? Thanks

no i'm pretty sure last time i checked a few days ago the prices of both the oven chips and wedges had gone up and were pretty similar to T so not worth a DTD:(

just checked my supermarket and mccain oven chips are £1 in T and £1.68 in A
    wedges are £1.85 in T and £1.58 in A
sorry just seen somebody already answered this
i'm reading the thread backwards (doesn't help)

My hubby now gets it, so much he is making lists and Im in bed, he comes in to ask me if we need this or that : (
He did his own two shoppings yesterday, we will see what the results are tomorrow : )
Only thing is he does not do the imputting the details or looking them up, its easy, you leave your receipts on the coffee table and wifie comes home from work with vouchers, magic : )
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.
  • Thanks for the earlier replies :) Sorry haven't been up to date with the thread since it recreated, don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but noticed today that...

Colgate max fresh (green and blue) 100ml are £2 in Tesco, £1.50 in Asda so £1 after DTD and with the added bonus of 50 extra clubcard points.

Sadly I wasn't using my clubcard, but hopefully it'll still be running come April 1st! :)
