Just go on and input details again exactly as you did to start - if its been processed it will pop up if not it will say just wait longer-

I don't understand what i'm doing wrong, i work out my shopping list to the penny, went shopping yesterday and followed my list completely apart from adding a sweet potato and mushrooms and it came back as £17.58 DTD when i worked it out to be just over the £20 mark!?
I know i messed up on the millk, but that should only be -50p

go back to the website and re-enter the details the same way as you did originally

I always just re enter my details as I too hardly ever get an email!

thanks for the info that the vouchers are here. like yesterday I haven't got an email but my voucher was there when I resubmitted my receipt. because I only bought 1 ariel gel I made a great 2p dtd on this, but at least asda was still cheaper! have been back today and bought 2 more and used the vouchers - thank you!
unfortunately there were no young male cashiers:( luckily I chose well!

I only discovered this thread last night, I went & raided my handbag for all the receipts i could find from over the last month from Tesco Oh I do like a good deal lol. Anyway still waiting for email to come back to see if I have any dtd. Plus..... couldnt resist going to T this morning armed with my 3 separate shopping lists each hopefully totaling the £20 dtd ot thereabouts if i have worked it out correctly, Will post how I get on when i receive reply email, exciting stuff hey lol

Dont know if it`s been mentioned, but there was a strong rumour on hukd that from 4th April tescos would be running -
