Just got my receipt back. the veg steam bags came up as N/A grr...could have got them so much cheaper at ASda!! You win some you lose some i guess...

The Kids Banana Boat didnt come back which I didnt expect anyway - but bought them regardless on BOGOF as £12 for two of them is good enough for me -

Just re submit your receipt details and the voucher should be waiting

You might be waiting forever - I never ever get teh emails

go back to the website and re-enter the details the same way as you did originally

Am interested to know if anyone has had a voucher refused when using it for an online shop? Or had any problems with it?

Just go on and input details again - if its been processed the receipt and voucher comes up - if not it just says wait longer - dont worry it doesnt think you're trying to input again!
