    Obtaining services dishonestly

Section 11 of the Act makes it a statutory offence to obtain services dishonestly; meaning that services which were to be paid for were obtained with the knowledge or intention that no payment would be made. A person found guilty of this will be liable to a fine or imprisonment for up to twelve months on summary conviction (six months in Northern Ireland), or a fine or imprisonment for up to five years on conviction on indictment.

    ----

Looks like you are guilty of that as well it seems.

Not if those goods or services are offered for nothing! ;)

    Are the racks still confirmed??

On asda when I looked the other day it said £12.98 per k.g, thought that was the same as Mr.T??

I managed to get one confirmed at the weekend, and if its still going through I will raid them again lol !

To be fair I've found all the assistants (without exception) a pleasure to deal with. Okay they haven't all known what to do - but that is Tesco's fault and not theirs.

As for previous mentions of going to spotty teenage lads. I have noticed 4 distinct groups on the tills.

Students - I'm only here for a stop gap brigade
Middle Aged - I know it all brigade
Middle Aged (2) - I'm just after an extra few quid for the house kitty brigade
Old Aged - Oooh dear, what do I do with this brigade

The Students and Middle Aged (2) are the best to go to. Most of them are struggling themselves and are keen to know more. Don't forget they are on a really low wage anyway.

The Middle Aged and Old Aged are often to much hassle. The Old Aged mainly because they want to do everything right, and usually the Supervisor is called over.

    Just my experience anyway!!

    100% agree!!!! :D
