I then put in my Asda receipts of £100 and nothing back

    What am I doing wrong?

life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.

Oh no!! Where did you hear about that???

    It's crystal balls :D

Currently the Marketing guy is saying: Look at the successful uptake of this promotion! All publicity is GOOD publicity! Look at the increase in footfall! Look at the Nielsen data - we're up and Asda is down!

But the FD is chewing the end of his pen and working out just how long he's going to wait before dumping the Marketing guy in the brown stuff

    Obtaining services dishonestly

Section 11 of the Act makes it a statutory offence to obtain services dishonestly; meaning that services which were to be paid for were obtained with the knowledge or intention that no payment would be made. A person found guilty of this will be liable to a fine or imprisonment for up to twelve months on summary conviction (six months in Northern Ireland), or a fine or imprisonment for up to five years on conviction on indictment.

    ----

Looks like you are guilty of that as well it seems.

I dont think thats the case. 'paid for' can be interpreted.

Ultimately you do pay for the item, tesco have given you a voucher incentive which is used as payment.

This is more to do with people getting say petrol and driving off without paying.. individuals at tesco are paying just with tesco coupon.

Obtaining a coupon and then refunding the item afterwards for even more money is dangerous game. I'd say fraud is more printing out and alteering a coupon which would be fraudulent.

What's the situation with Tescos Metro shops? Can we still do this in them?

Just returned from Mr Ts and am quite cross with myself. Went with a carefully planned list of DTD items that I would normally buy if not the own branded version and I forgot to split my shopping. I have now ended up with my voucher adding up to over £30 which will be capped at £20.

On a positive note, I was allowed to use my two smaller vouchers in the one transaction and the SA also took my £5 co-op voucher and £1.79 Asda voucher so not all bad :j

    Are the racks still confirmed??

On asda when I looked the other day it said £12.98 per k.g, thought that was the same as Mr.T??

I managed to get one confirmed at the weekend, and if its still going through I will raid them again lol !

I am sooo annoyed at myself for not splitting my shopping to one a day, so that i'd have a voucher coming in on time... i did 2 on Monday and am still waiting today for the vouchers, i want to go and get some bits but i've not a lot of cash.
