Don't you think that we've all been a bit greedy if we're honest? I bought 2 of the roasting pans, but not because I particularly needed them (although they will get used), but because they were free and they paid me £4.00 to take them!

I don't think I was greedy, I think it's taking advantage of Mr T's greediness in what he charges in the first place.

I just can't understand why people are buying things they don't need, granted they pay you to take them away but seeing as you can't guarantee what will or wont be included isn't that the chance you take? Wasn't it also cat food that paid you to take it away, anybody without cats got a cupboard full of cat food?

If your buying things you need or use then it's well worth it and I agree go for it but I can't get my head around filling the house up with items you neither want or need. Call me crazy...

That's odd - it brings up all the Jamie Oliver range for me.....

    try this one?

    http://groceries.asda.com/asda-estore/search/searchcontainer.jsp?trailSize=1&searchString=jamie&domainName=Products&headerVersion=v1&_requestid=4438

Are you logged in to the asda site? Maybe they're not available at your store. Try logging out and click on the link again

does all the jamie oliver range work? or just italian?

Why would you take them back? I assume you bought them because you need them, unless you bought them just because you would get another voucher just for the sake of being greedy, in which case you probably have learnt your lesson. If you take them back you lose your dtd privelages on that receipt as they sign receipts after returns

Actually, we would never usually spend £10 on a roasting pan, we usually buy the £3 odd ones, but as this could have been DTD we were hoping to treat ourselves to some decent roasting pans.

That is why I would like to take them back :)

It's only just gone 9 am and already the nitpicking has started. Can we PLEASE just keep things nice on here? Sometimes it's just better to keep one's thoughts to one's self.
    Hope is not a strategy.

Right. I am aware that Tesco is using the Asda groceries website for comparison purposes. It's not showing in my local Asda, but it is on mySupermarket - I was simply asking if this is local to me or if it's nationwide.

If you paid with a dtd voucher then why not keep them? They wouldn't have cost you anything and you will be getting dtd on your other shop anyway :)
