hi Fogetful ,i put a receipt in on tuesday no reply tried again 48 hors later & got a reply for both on sat, one entry i had accidently touched the 9 instead of 0 so double double check just incase something has been typed in wrong hth

Ive been doing this the same as every one else, not going overboard but have probably just gone over the £100 per month limit.

Anyway I went to check my online clubcard account and all my points have gone!, no points no vouchers, nothing!!! If I view points detail then it shows I had 2116 points so surely if they have sent me vouchers id still have 16 points right?? If I click on "my vouchers" theres nothing there either.

Anyone else had this, Im more concerned Tesco have decided to tell me off in their own way for doing all this LOL.

Points have been totalled overnight as they are about to send out vouchers, don't worry. Have a look at your points history, you will find them there.

Strange. Mine is showing zero as well but I haven't exceeded the £100 limit.
