i got my Friday shop results back on Saturday, but my Mum hasn't got hers back yet & we were in the store together then entered them 1 after the other at her house! My sister submitted her details yesterday & hasn't had a result yet. Both have re-entered details several times but still tells them it's processing. I think somebody on here said they called up CS yesterday & were told it could take upto 6 days to get results although Ts & Cs state 36 hrs. HTH
I actually wonder if Mr T's are on a go slow with these so that they can payout less or say the receipt isn't found after a week! i didn't think there was a problem & was quite sure results would come back but there's been a lot of scare scaremongering on here tonight in amongst the usual laughs of course!

I entered my details for 2 small shops on saturday morning, and then agin for 2 large shops saturday late afternoon, all different email addresses. The 2 for the afternoon came back no DTD which was what I expected, just wanted tp get rid of the large vouchers. The 2 small ones haven't come back yet. One says has been processed the other can't find the receipt details. I'm expecting DTD for both of these.
