blimey what a result for me...saw a really nice coffee maker a while back, it was originally £69.99 and it was reduced in T's to £59.99....thought it a bit expensive as we only have coffee in a morning and the one I have does still work but the light has stopped working and we keep forgetting to switch it of....so decided against it....then last month they had them for £39.99, but the box was huge and if i had put it in my trolley I would not have got anything else in...so did my shopping intended to go back for it...totally forgot, went home and thought I'd order it online and have it delivered to the store....came up discontinued...went back to store ...all gone....typical...they have been £49.99 in Argos but not this lovely red colour I liked......went out just now to get some Dulux paint...£15.99 in B&Q and only £9.99 in Tesco, had got this NOTW moc in the post, so thought I do another DTD shop,....got the paint and in the next aisle there was this coffee machine...£40...meant to be thought me, so asked lovely male where they were as could only see one on display...checked for me and said they had all gone , asked for the one on display and was told they could not sell it me as it had no box and all ex display stuff is sold to staff....so i asked him for his jacket and said for him to pretend I worked there....assistant manager came over ,and took me to Direct Desk, checked stock, confirmed it was discontinued and offered it to me without the box for £30.....SOLD....Direct Desk Sa took my £5 NOTW , which cost me nowt ...and so got it for £25...was meant to be peeps...its quite flashy really, got a timer, bit like teasmade, so can be set to have coffee ready when you wake up....best thing is have just downloaded instructions off the net....what a great bargain day for me....

Oh how lovely for you, well done. My mum would say "there is a reason for everthing....." :T:T

    I'm disappearing under receipts,

I've got receipts I need to claim back for tea and coffee bought for work, receipts I'm waiting to hear back from Tesco/Asda, receipts I need to enter tomorrow, receipts with vouchers I haven't spent yet and Velvet receipts waiting for that elusive win. My hubby keeps looking at me and shaking his head, speaking of heads he wasn't impressed this morning when he opened a cupboard door and a load of loo rolls fell out on him. Note to self, stack better!

I was thinking exactly the same...Receipts with Velvet on, receipts that I need to get the points added, DTD receipts to spend and DTD receipts awaiting confirmation and receipts for Supersavvy price crunch voucher...very stressful!! Don't want to chuck the wrong ones away

2 good DTD items at the moment are KELLOGGS ELEVENSES and CHICAGO TOWN PIZZAS (2 in a box). Seem to be working quite well for me.

Wasnt gonna bother as was shattered but went out spending my DTD vouchers today. First store went in and saw 5 bottles timotei shampoo so got them plus 2 Herbal Essence and some vimto (i'd written down how much DTD you got for each item so i could work out how much to spend without going over the £20 DTD limit). Popped that in the car then went back with my DTD voucher for £38.?? . Added everything up as I went round, went to checkout - no probs, took my Co-Op £5 off voucher, paid 77p!! Bargain (and the SA gave me a £5 off £25 clothes as i'd spent £25 on clothes). SHe also gave me my receipt back without signing it (am i right in thinking if i wanted to be naughty i could print my DTD voucher off again and use it again - i'm NOT going to as i believe what comes around goes around).
Went to the bigger store - 2 bottles timotei so just got them.
Went back in, very pleased as got gorgeous Digital photo frame for £20, plus hands free kit for new iphone, got other bits as voucher was £68, went to checkout, rang it all through then i gave her the vouchers to which she advised me i had to go to the customer services desk (wouldn't it be an idea to tell people before you put all their shopping through). So off i trot, then the CO-Op voucher wouldn't scan, she then told me they don't take them, i advised her (without giving myself away) that i knew they did as the other store took them she then got all bolshy with me and said she worked in the cash office and they most certainly didn't and went off to check with her manager and then came back and said again they didnt - by which time i was feeling very stupid and embarrassed so i huffed and puffed and gave £5 worth of my shopping back, she kept my DTD voucher & receipt. I've jsut rung Tesco CS and confirmed i can use the voucher and am getting a £10 goodwill voucher from them for the embarrassment!

Also wombled 2 Tesco receipts but am i right in thinking that i shouldn't enter them if they have used card to pay and their clubcard?

PS. Don't think DTD worked for someone who was in my store today. They brought back 6 bottles of some pale coloured wine (I don't drink), and there was some debacle going on about whether they would give a refund or not because the said person had used a big coupon to buy them in the first place. Eeeeek!

    Hi Legendmum

You won't be able to print it off. What they did with NOTW was send out the actual coupon from the paper to those that requested one.
