People like me help pay their wages? :rotfl::rotfl:don't think they can survive with couple of quids from me!!!:D As for wages T is generous with that : 18yrs old can earn from £7/hr onwards, Old trout/staff earn £8/£9 onwards, plus time & a half on Saturday & double time on Sunday. So you see it is not T that make them so trouty! its themselves who think that they owns T.

I hadn't realised that T's pay was that reasonable - I thought maybe as there were so many miserable trouts working there that they must get lousy pay:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

BTW CW etc I too think that dtd days are numbered. T's will come up with some excuse or another - although one person at T's told me the other day that some greedy person came in last week to use a large voucher which is what will see T's ending the scheme IMO.

Do you also know the answer to receipt use on Wombling? hmmm. me don't know - Finders keeper I guess! As the receipt belongs to someone else, & they have used their clubcard - you can still find out whether you can get dtd out of the receipt. If the receipt has a clubcard point pending - I'll check the dtd 1st ( if no dtd to claim - then I'll take the receipt to customer desk & get the point enter to my card). But do not be greedy or it will back fire on you. You can only have 1 either dtd or clubcard points from others.

Should only cash payments with no clubcard points be seeked to use?

Yes use cash as your payment & don't use your clubcard too ( it may look like you will missed out the points - but in fairness you already gain £20 capped voucher each time you shop like us!).

If you pay by credit card & use clubcard they will know how many vouchers you have used.

Back from T's....no Dettol, no Quantamatic, ...got 4 x 8cans coke, 1 of each Babybel and 1 Philly 300gm and Sa took the £1 moc, fridges were broken no Magnums...so not too brill a shop, although all stuff we like, used my last weeks DTD....came to £17.75 after Coke bogofs /14.46DTD moc /£1 Philly moc...paid £2.19...well pleased
    Hopefully will get £13.30 back....

Going into town tomorrow as M&S have sent me £5 coupon, not a conditional spend just £5 off household or clothing...will get some knickers with it..lol...will park in T's in town and then get another lot of DTD shopping, hopefully Magnums and Dettol spray......I put my dwindling pile of mocs down , as I was in a 'pensioner tangle' with my specs hanging around my neck....after scanning my weekly shop SA picked up my mocs and took the Finish and the Kingsmill seeded bread mocs...I'd not got the Finish nor the bread, but £5.50 off my shop was much appreciated.....
My DTD coupon was checked carefully again and I was told they have to be able to see the scissors and make sure all the receipt details match, my receipt was written on all over the top, date , time cashiers name etc... and I was told no refunds allowed on any items bought with a DTD receipt...I was then told I had no need to worry as they knew me and knew my DTD's were legit....which they are...still using my Tesco Credit Card, still want the points...

    Afternoon all:)

Recieved my LMS spotlight 3 in the post this morning which was pretty quick as only replied to email last night so must have already had details to post out to me. I am amazed at how excitied I was to receive it just because I managed to succesfully win a comp (well runner up) maybe it will be the start of many.

A big virtual hug for the many posts where family not been well or just having a stressful time hopefully thinks will improve quickly
