    Hi everyone....:)

Hope all had a great day today....I too was busy in watching the wedding today. Had a flying visit earlier and saw many newbies popping over here.

First of all I would like to welcome all newbies:j ........All my friends have already explained about this thread. We are a virtual family who not only discuss the coupons, bargains but also share the joys and sorrows of each other as part of our daily chat.:A

Initially one may sound harsh, if we explain the "rules" of couponing but there is no intention of hurting anyone, behind this. It is just the strong urge, of NOT spoiling the system in anyway for short term gains.:o

Many of us have seen the posts on DTD thread about "reusing" the DTD voucher if it is not signed:eek::eek::eek: and that is "NO" "NO" for any coupons.

Also sometimes newbies might think (Nothing aimed at you midwinter) of photocopying it, so with that fear in mind, my friends might have repeated it, but I can reassure you that, there was no intention to harm anyone personally.

midwinter, if you still feel it that way, you could be the lurker for a while and see the friendliness of the thread and then join again if you wish to. Please don't mis-understand in anyway, rather you will feel more comfortable here than any other thread;)

Byatt, being a newbie has already explained you how she has become a friend on here, just by joining the daily chat.:A

So finally I would like to say "Be with us" and soon you will realise that even the "premium" brands could be free............;)

    HTH

    Night night all....:)

night night idlesaver, lovely post,:) think that sums it up, we have no intentions of offending anyone, just trying to help with the do's and donts. so a big welcome to everyone.:)
Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one.

never complain about growing old,far too many people have been denied that privilege.

    Morning All,
Just thought I would say Hi!! Not been on here for a couple for weeks, been very busy planning our village royal wedding street party!! Had a great day, sun shine, bunting, flags and over 150 people, I am worn out but still on a high. I see I have lots to 'catch up' on thanks to IS and all the regulars and welcome to the newbies!!!

Good morning Perranlady, Cornishlady, madmuppet5, Midwinter, Idlesaver, Gill377, Jeferey, and Jonty03 and everyone else, your all early birds today.

Going to pop to Asda and yes, also Tesco today. Got to make the best of our coupons now.

I am going to use a .65p Tesco price guarantee coupon and a £1 fairy coupon in Tesco so the fairy will cost me .5p and I will get .70p back to spend again (or at least thats my theory) I am going to do this to make sure my tesco know its not all over.

Hope everyone has a lovely day, the sun is shining so hope we have a great weekend.

My thoughts too, I am quite peeved that my shopping on the 25th did not get DTD as I didn't enter my receipt until after the 12pm deadline on the 28th....naughty mr T. I will carry on getting TD as long as I can.....my thoughts being when offers like the colgate come up again (I think it was £2.40/£1.00 and 25 points) I will at least get cc points and a little satisfaction. :o

Ooh and I saw somewhere that fairy are offering a free Pooh bear story CD with one purchase, even better if that purchase is free...
