Good morning, need to pop to the shops later, need some bread. Bet other supermarkets are happy that tesco ended the dtd anyway.

Morning, Im not the most avid following of the royal wedding but I do hope the sun shines for Kate & William today, looks really dreary here. What with the come down from the demise of our beloved tesco dtd and no sun, Im having to kick start my day with extra caffeine (cleverly disguised as cadburys heroes,
).
Can you add a few extra nimble steps to your dance routine Mad to include some sunshine wishes.
Im sorry too to hear of everyone who has problems right now, do hope you continue to recover Part Mouse, Gill and Byatt too (hope your dizzy spells were only caused by the news of dtd departure and nothing more serious). Best wishes also to Aesop's son (quite a diff word - Aesop to type out - goes against what your fingers want to do, iykwim). Also, Im so sorry that your tooth needs work you are finding it hard to afford, £280 thats a lot of money. I know from personal experience how difficult it is to find funds quickly when you need it. Im not condoning borrowing - but maybe a short term loan from a company like Provident or Shopacheck? I know their interest rates go against every "money saving" grain of dignity but sometimes needs must. Ive paid it all off now but a small provident loan helped a few years ago when as a family we were really up against things, within a few months I was able to clear it off quicker but it helped at the time. A bonus was that our Agent has gone on to become a firm friend so often things happen for a reason. I know door step collection has earned itself a bad name, and yes their interst rates are extortionate, but Im just saying it worked well for us and its always an option. There is nothing much worse than a toothache to drag you down. Whatever you decide though, a hug is probably in order so have one of Jeferey's specials (but I dont know where it is).
Definately last, but not least, hugs too sent your way Red Arrow, you are always in our thoughts at this difficult time.
Im sorry If Ive missed anyone, but wishing everyone with problems quick solutions and happier days.
Going to bimble on over to the dtd thread in a mo, see if any clever little moomins have come up with any wonderful way to work the revised t & cs. Yesterday I was all for boycotting Tesco all over again, but I suppose it is still workable to a degree if you include your cc points.
Oh well, maybe I can reinstate myself in my rightful place, lurking in the shadows of Asda car park "bending and snapping" and collecting receipts. A womble should never have ideas above his/her station - dtd indeed, whatever next?
Now then, my friends, what would make today a good one? As to my opening line - some sunshine, definately. A workable solution to the dtd dilemma and some blooming printable mocs that give us free stuff. Come on, come on. Its safe now coupons, dtd has gone, you can come out of hiding...Love, through the trees, past the sky, beyond the northern lights; and I won't let go. May your soul and spirt fly sweetheart x
My alphabet-girls are with me every step of the way x0 -
