Thing is I am no better at techie stuff than I was before & I managed it then so unsure what has changed as PC, printer etc is the same?

Hoping it is something easily rectified. I have missed out on loads of coupons!!!

Have you tried a different browser like Firefox if you are using IE or vice versa?

I just wanted to let people know of a phone call DD had tonight. Said it was from Scottish Power, saying she was through to the last 9 in the final stage of a comp she had entered to win £1500 Tesco vouchers. They gave her email adress details She couldn't remember entering a comp, so she told them to ring back. Checked on the comps board (also posted this there) and it seems it's spam, so be careful. It may be something to do with firefox or IE...whichever you are using now , try the other for downloading coupon printer then once you have it installed it should work, check for info under the toolbar that might tell you it is blockng it, then check allow and it should work....not sure if this is your problem , but it was mine.....sorry if it doesn't solve your problem but I'M not in the least techie so can't help other than telling you what worked for me.....
