Popped out earlier, thought i'd pop into Sainsburys as they have 25% off all their clothes - that was a task in itself, then popped into town to see if mr bank manager will give me teeny weeny loan - nope but which time i was too hot and couldn't be bothered with it all so gave a couple my voucher out of the daily star so they could get their daughter a free easter egg in Poundland, went to meet my friend at the retail park - we'd arranged to have a meet up/drink/catch up only turned out her and husband had made other plans and only saw them for 5 mins, felt totally deflated so went into Sports Direct and got 2 bags full of stuff for just under £100 - still got £900 of vouchers left. Fed up now - can't be bothered.

Just seen trailer for a programme coming soon to Real Time...it's called Extreme Couponing....trailer showed couple shopping with mocs and got it all for free...afraid it's American but it should be entertaining..will try and catch up with all posts later...managed not to go to T's , have enough fresh food and stuff in freezer to manage until Tues, so shop free Easter for me....heaven!!

Went to T's this afternoon. OMG! elbows, trolley wheels and screaming brats everywhere:eek:

There were layers of baskets in the veg aisles that had been reduced ready to be put out. Mad availed himself of a few products;) Got what I wanted and called out to the group that were milling around the regular reduced section, "more over here".
Total carnage! :eek:Carrots and sprouts were flying everywhere.:rotfl::rotfl:

I departed and made my way to the checkouts.
Had a DTD for £12.68. Bill came to £12.50:eek: With the swiftness of an eagle Mad selected two 10p reuseable bags

"That'll be tuppence then please Mad".
"OK mate, I can afford to take a hit" :cool:

Back from T's ...done a DTD shop. "finish" shelf was empty:eek:
Used few other coupons gocat, fairy and few others....:)

and by seeing my bunch of coupons the young guy could not resist to ask "where do you get all these coupons from please...???";)

He was well chuffed to see the great bargain I had. and wrote down the name of "beforeishop"...and gave me nice bunch of school vouchers which will be handy to give in kids school.

Aesop, hope your DS is doing well. (((hugs))) for him.

Back from a BBQ for FD's brother's birthday, then T's bottle recycling, then T's pharmacy for some cough medicine, then a quick DTD - used y'days coupon and the £9 off till spit, should get £20 dtd, spent £30 odd after coupons but got loads of appletiser so should get 4 more £2.57 coupons. Then quick look in S's - no Quantumatic again - shelf said sale £2.49 - no wonder!

ooh when did they start giving till spits again? I haven't had one for ages How do you get the appletiser coupons pls? I had a quick search and the only place I can see is Coinks where you can print 3 x 50p coupons. Or is it DTD for appletiser?

Hi. You go to https://www.appletiserrewards.co.uk put 2 codes in from bottles and they post your coupon worth £2.57. It is a Coinks site. T's have it on 'offer' at 2 for £4 Asda are 2 for £3 so £2 Dtd
