taking sons 2 + 4 to pick up cars, then on to do a dtd shop, youngest grandaughters birthday so it cake(not for me) and coffee at 5.30, so that should keep me occupied.:), have a good day everyone.

    BreakfastSmall bowl of cereal, or
1 slice of toast with a scraping of low fat spread

Lunch1 slice bread or 2 crispbreads
Small portion lean meat or fish, or
Small portion cheese, or 2 eggs (not fried)
Green salad (no dressing) or tomatoes

DinnerSmall portion lean meat or fish, or
Small portion low fat cheese, or 2 eggs, or
    Tofu or Quorn based dish
1 small potato or 2 tablespoonfuls pasta or rice
Vegetables (as many as you like except for root vegetables) :-(
Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one.

never complain about growing old,far too many people have been denied that privilege.

  • Morning all :)

Glad to hear you are having a fab time Blue. I'm sure there will be 1 or 2 dtd items left for you on your return, lol.

Glad your enjoying your hols Blue.

The temperature here is 85 degrees, hot and sunny but with just the right amount of cool breeze to keep you comfortable and the birds are singing merrily (with all the dtd wines). My boss has told me I can have the next few weeks off of on full pay. My local pub has just announced free Blue Wickeds for all it's customers for the next few weeks and my local Mr T's has announced they will accept any moc against any purchase and pay you to take items away.
Oh, and Velvet have just emailed me to say that they tried to get hold of you Blue but you weren't in, so they're sending me all your cheques in my name. :D

OH NOOOO, I must have nodded off again :o. Still, nice daydream and it helped to take my mind off the root canal filling I've got to have later.

Will try to get to T's before then , but keep waiting for the postie to bring the giftcard I have been promised. :)

just had this email from innocent drinks
barcode i have on this first voucher is 9 771473 968012 for future ref.
    Hello.
We’ve been foolish. We recently sent you an Easter card with a voucher worth £2.99 on the inside page. We accidentally put the wrong barcode on that voucher. We're so sorry.

If you've not used that voucher already, please don't. We’re getting another voucher in the post to you as we speak (one that does work), so please use this voucher instead. It will give you a saving of £2.99 off any innocent drink. The one in your card doesn't, but you can keep it as a memento of our stupidity if you like.

  • Innocent don't like me!

I must have registered loads of times to shake their bloomin tree and haven't had an easter email from them on any of my accounts.

The school holidays are hard work, girls so bored yet youngest has so many toys and has had a friend to play every day this week. Between this has had several long walks with dog, several hours playing in park, gone to local woods, and still Whinging and moaning as I type! Argh!

Another week to go and an inservice day on top for good measure! Then the week after she has a hospital appointment for adenoid removal/grommets insertion so will be home again (prob about a week), whinging and moaning and in discomfort (and won't take medicine!) - Im stressing out thinking about it.

Having a down day. silly really. Not even the promise of tesco vouchers lurking in my inbox can pull me up. Get a grip woman! get a grip!

Hope your move goes well btb.
Love, through the trees, past the sky, beyond the northern lights; and I won't let go. May your soul and spirt fly sweetheart x

My alphabet-girls are with me every step of the way x
