Hi All,
Just a warning to llok closely at your ntl invoice: they charge a whopping £4 PER MONTH if you don't pat using direct debit! Over the top or what?
Is this one for the government regulator?
Cheers

Ofcom will just say that it's down to NTL's "commercial discretion". This is the regulator that put out to consultation relaxing BT's price controls and within 6 months went ahead and did it. End result, BT puts up its prices and (yet again) makes it out to be a price reduction. It's like burying bad news. They now charge (for some calls) per whole minute. How anti-quated is that? Only Ofcom would sit by and let something like that happen.MikeBer wrote:Is this one for the government regulator?
For all those citizens who responded to the consultation on 0870 numbers, they have to wait years before anything is done. :rolleyes:0
