    Hi
If you are exempt from paying Court fees then you will have to fill in the forms and take them to Court yourself, you won't be able to do it online. It is better really then doing it online, as you have more room on the forms to fill out more details of your claim.
    Good luck!

  • hello i am waiting for my bank statments to come from abbey can you tell me when i calculate my bank charges do i calculate as one bank charge or do i have to calculate each one seperate thanks
  • Get the spreadsheet from the links at the top of the page and fill in all the dates of your charges and the amounts, save this to your computer as if it does get to court stages youll need the interest charges from this - its a good way of keeping track of things!

At the bottom of the spreadsheet it will tell you how much you are claiming for.

    Good luck

Make a record of each charge, along with the reason and date. Then add all the charges together to find the initial amount of your claim. Send the schedule of charges along with your letter to the bank.
  • hello thanks for that do i use sample letter and put in sample letter reasons why or just leave sample letter as it is i am really worried i am going to muck it up and get told where to go

CAG stands for Consumer Action Group. It's another website with loads of information and help with reclaiming bank charges. Here's the link for their forums page..
