    Hi,

As it is now a week after the auction and you have tried to get in touch with the buyer but no response I would start an NPB dispute with paypal so you can get your fees back.

Whats the buyers feedback like? Have they bid on or listed anything since your auction?

  • no they havent bidded or left feedback, and they've only got feedback 6 times on their acc...

could i do a 2nd chance offer to someone else who bidded?
  • I have done this in the past, and about 4 weeks later they have sent their payment (as they have been on holiday but forgot to tell me) but I have already sold it to someone else, if it's only been a week I would leave a bit longer but do a NPB sometimes that prompts them into paying or contacting you.
  • thanks for that...ill get in the case!
  • how do you do an NPB?

    Here are the details

Start the dispute. If you dont get any response to the dispute then on the 8th day you can close it and recover your final value fees, then it is safe to relist the item (basic relist fee will be credited if it sells again) or make a second chance offer if you wish.

You can also then leave a Negative if you wish, safe in the knowledge that they loose the right to leave you feedback as they have not particiapted in the dispute. WARNING- this only applies if they have entered nothing at all on the dispute...if they have replied then they will be able to still leave you feedback.
  • Don't worry, I would send another invoice as it has only been a week. They could be on holiday or more likely having trouble with their computer.
    Cheers
